Ryman Healthcare –
Murray Halberg Retirement Village
Cousins Construction has been working on the Murray Halberg Retirement Village in Lynfield, Auckland since 2018. This is a large scale project with a build cost of $250m, comprising of 8 buildings, including 7 apartment buildings.
Each of these buildings ranges in size from 8000m2 to 15000m2 over 4 to 7 levels. We’ve managed a crew of 30, working across the construction of the first four of these buildings.
Works Completed
Cousins Construction has partnered with Ryman Healthcare to carry out services that include:
- Placement of precast concrete elements
- All formwork on site
- Setting out slab setdown
- Attending planning meetings and providing positive input
- Placement of concrete to all vertical elements of structure
- Framing and roofing elements
- General site labour
- Setting out and constructing retaining walls, fences, footpaths
